Following the company’s successful market debut last month, Gadgil’s net worth has skyrocketed to nearly $1.1 billion, thanks to a remarkable 61% surge in the company’s share price since its IPO in September 2024.

Gadgil’s personal salary of Rs 22.37 crore for the same period was noted as being above industry standards, with plans to align it with market norms in the future.

Gadgil’s journey from a B.Com degree at Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce in Pune to an MBA from Symbiosis University, where he interned at the Reserve Bank of India, showcases his dedication to learning and growth.
