‘Bridgerton’ Season 4 Teasers: Eloise and Penelope’s Friendship, Li Sisters, and Benedict’s Love Interest

The highly anticipated fourth season of the hit Netflix series ‘Bridgerton’ is already creating buzz among fans as the show recently shared some exciting stills of what’s to come. One of the main focuses of the upcoming season will be the relationship between Eloise and Penelope, played by Claudia Jessie and Nicola Coughlan respectively.

In the previous season, their friendship was put to the test when Eloise discovered Penelope’s secret identity as Lady Whistledown. Things took a turn for the worse when Eloise’s brother Colin announced his engagement to Penelope, leading Eloise to threaten to expose Penelope’s secret.

However, by the end of the season, Lady Whistledown’s identity was revealed and Eloise decided to travel to Scotland with Francesca. The newly released stills show the two friends sharing wide smiles, hinting at a possible reconciliation of their friendship.

Showrunner Jess Brownell teased that in season four, Eloise and Penelope are “more bonded than ever” after facing trials and tribulations in the previous season. The photos also give viewers a glimpse of the Li sisters, Rosamund and Posy, played by Michelle Mao and Isabella Wei, respectively.

Brownell described the Li sisters’ personalities, with Rosamund taking after her mother as a marriage mart pro chess player, while Posy is portrayed as dreamy and often unserious. Additionally, the lead of season four, Benedict, played by Luke Thompson, falls for the third sister, Sophie, after she captivates him at a masquerade ball.

While the exact premiere date for season four has not been announced yet, fans can expect the new season to hit screens sometime in 2026. With new relationships, challenges, and drama on the horizon, ‘Bridgerton’ fans have a lot to look forward to in the upcoming season.
