Introducing Chessarama: Eight Single-Player Variations of Chess Like Never Before
Get ready to experience chess like never before with the upcoming release of Chessarama, a collection of eight single-player variations of the classic board game that will challenge both seasoned players and newcomers alike. Developed by Minimol Games in partnership with SMG Studio, Chessarama takes the traditional game of chess and puts a unique spin on it, offering players a variety of chess-inspired puzzle games to test their skills.
Each game in Chessarama features its own theme, set of rules, and handcrafted levels for players to explore. From Dragon Slayer, where players must navigate a pawn to slay a dragon, to Lady Ronin, set in feudal Japan where the Queen must eliminate all pieces to assassinate the Shogun, there is no shortage of creative challenges to tackle. Soccer Chess adds a sporty twist to the game, requiring players to strategically position their pieces to score goals.

Chessarama offers players the opportunity to play through puzzle campaigns with over 100 levels and unique challenges, unlock and collect 24 exclusive Chess Figures, and compete against each other on leaderboards. With a unique art style and daily and weekly challenges, Chessarama provides endless replayability for players of all skill levels.
Currently available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, Chessarama is set to launch on Nintendo Switch, PS5, and the Epic Games Store on April 17, 2025.
