The second round of the U.S. Junior, Girls’ Junior, and Senior championships did not disappoint, with plenty of excitement and decisive games. In the Senior section, GM Vladimir Akopian continued his strong performance to remain the only player with a perfect score. Akopian showcased his skills with a victory against GM Alexander Shabalov.
