Attention all aspiring chess world champions and streaming enthusiasts! KICK and Hikaru Nakamura are proud to present the first-ever KICK Streamers Chess World Chess Championship of Chess. This unique event will test your skills in Bullet, Blitz, Chess960, and Puzzle Battle in a four-hour speedrun competition.

Taking place on Thursday, February 27th, participants will start with a new Chess.com account and race to increase their rating in each variant. The player with the highest average overall rating will be crowned World Champion and win a share of the $8,000 prize fund.

Prizes include $2,000 for the first-place winner, along with titles and additional prizes for top performers in each category. To be eligible for prizes, participants must stream their games with a webcam and microphone, following specific guidelines outlined by the organizers.
