The Esports World Cup (EWC) 2025 is set to be a thrilling event with 24 titles and an increased prize pool. Teams will compete in various events to collect points and secure a spot in the top 8. The top team at the end of the competition will walk away with a staggering $7 million USD.
The event, organized by the Esports World Cup Foundation and ESL FACEIT Group, will kick off in June 2025 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The tournament will feature both PC and Mobile titles, with a total prize pool of $27,000,000 for mobile games alone. The overall prize pool for the event is a whopping $70,000,000.
Teams will need to participate in different events and accumulate points to climb up the leaderboard. The team with the highest points at the end of the competition will be crowned the champion and take home the grand prize of $7,000,000. However, the top team must also win at least one event to secure the title.
