The Bucks County Area Agency on Aging is gearing up for the 41st Annual Bucks County Senior Games, and registration is now open for seniors looking to showcase their skills and have some fun.

Scheduled to kick off on May 29 with a special event at the Newtown Campus of Bucks County Community College, the Senior Games will feature a variety of competitions from June 5 through June 11 at various locations throughout the county.

Participants, aged 50 and older, can look forward to engaging in activities such as biking, cornhole, table tennis, pickleball, bocce, chess, bowling, and more. The games are open to individuals of all skill levels, making it a great opportunity for seniors to socialize, exercise, and enjoy some friendly competition.

Registration for the Senior Games includes a t-shirt, lapel pin, and a free lunch provided by Independence Blue Cross at the kickoff event. The deadline to register is May 15 at 4 pm.

Kathy Bennett, director of the Area Agency on Aging, encourages seniors to take part in the games, emphasizing the benefits of outdoor activity, socializing, and the potential to create lasting memories.
