Hosted at the Hilton Charlotte University Place, this prestigious event will feature the Open U-20 and Girls U-20 categories, welcoming young chess prodigies from Canada, Mexico, and the United States.

The stakes are high, as medals and direct FIDE titles will be awarded to the top three players in each section. Gold medalists will not only take home the coveted (W)IM title but will also earn a (W)GM norm, opening doors to future opportunities in the world of chess. A complete list of titles and norms can be found in the event regulations on the Charlotte Chess Center website.

Aspiring participants are encouraged to register by December 1, 2026, to secure the lowest entry fee. Players are responsible for their own entry fees, lodging, food, transportation, and travel arrangements. Detailed registration information is available on the Charlotte Chess Center website.
