In a stunning turn of events at the 2025 Tata Steel Chess Masters, GM Vladimir Fedoseev emerged victorious over GM Fabiano Caruana in round five after capitalizing on an endgame mistake. This win marks Fedoseev’s impressive streak of defeating the world numbers one, two, and four in just four months.
