Team Room Reservations for SuperNationals VIII – Important Information and Guidelines

Team rooms for SuperNationals VIII will be open for reservation starting on Monday, March 24, 2025. The registration system will remain open for one week, closing at 5:00pm EDT on Monday, March 31, 2025. Reservations can still be made after this time, but room consideration is not guaranteed. A list of available team rooms and maps of the convention center where the tournament will be held can be found on the tournament website. It is important to note the new team room Policies and Procedures, which must be signed and returned before room assignment is guaranteed.

Priority for team rooms will be given to groups with at least 15 players, but any group, regardless of size, may request a room. There are 59 team rooms available this year, with no auxiliary Team Spaces being offered due to limited space.

An updated help video will be linked with the team room information on the event website for reference before making reservations. US Chess is continuously working to improve the reservation system to make it as accessible as possible for all players.
