Sarawak, Malaysia – Defending champions Abhay Singh and Velavan Senthilkumar are gearing up to extend their dominance as they kick off their campaign in the 3rd Asian Doubles Squash Championships, which begins Thursday in Sarawak, Malaysia. The duo has been awarded the top seed in Pool A, setting high expectations for their performance.
Last year, Abhay showcased his versatility by winning the mixed doubles crown alongside young talent Anahat Singh, who later clinched the women’s doubles title with seasoned player Joshna Chinappa. However, Anahat will not be competing this week as she prepares for the World Junior Championships in Canada next month.
