Lieutenant Colonel Tran Van Cuong, the Political Officer of Battalion 1, emphasizes the importance of these activities: “Maintaining chess activities is one of the practical solutions to improve the cultural and spiritual life of the soldiers. Through it, I’ve also learned many useful things to apply in my studies and training.”
